A rigid packaging startup in India launching a 100% recyclable bottle characterised by lower plastic and lower carbon footprint.
Challenge
As a start-up they found it difficult to unlock enterprise clients such as large MNCs and were required to explain technical benefits as compared to other competitors and test the product accordingly per industry standards.
Approach
The product was tested and validated in a way that it could be pitched and understood by enterprise clients accelerating further manufacturing scale-up and product rollout.
Results
End users in the home care segment were immediately able to fulfill their requirements with the validated product.

A textile manufacturer sought innovative recycling methods for waste textiles, primarily cotton-polyester blends, to create value-added products and reduce environmental impact.
Challenge

Key stakeholders refined processes, validated pilot-scale recycling, and optimized cellulose and polyester reuse to enhance SAP applications and maximize ROI.
Results
Driven by sustainability, this initiative refined recycling techniques, optimized SAP production, and fostered collaborations, paving the way for a circular textile economy and industry-wide impact.

Bootstrapped biotech startup in USA raising from friends and family.
Challenge
Vetting technology, project feasibility for developing a proof of concept (TRL 1-3).
Approach
Identified research partnerships and created a research map for a cost-efficient, accelerated proof concept aimed at fundraising and incorporation. In tandem with faculty members at IIT, Delhi, and the R.m team, the firm was able to in 2 patents and multiple licensing opportunities that were explored. This led them to access large enterprise clients during their innovation and R&D journey with the potential to generate revenue and drive higher valuations.
Results
Developed 19 complex systems with applications across OLED screens, tumor detection, drug delivery, and other Bio/non-bio Uses in Phase 1A of R&D plan itself.
